Lai Wah Knitters is part of The Lai Wah Group, which also includes the Gounli Knitting Factory in Dongguan China and the Maritex Manufacturing Ltd. company.
With its head office and showroom located in Hong Kong and a secondary office in Shanghai, Lai Wah Knitters meets you where you need to be.
Production setup
Solely owned by the Lai Wah Group, the Gounli Knitting Factory site of 230,000 square feet employs 550 workers and produces 1.4 million knitted pieces annually.
Our production comprises 579 sets of fully automatic machines that enable us to handle all knitwear production requests, from 16 gauge to 1.5 gauge, in plain, strucured and intarsia knits, in any yarn types and qualities.

Throughout the years, we have continually strived to improve the working conditions of our employees. As such, our factory is fully compliant with the latest governmental labor laws, social responsibility and working conditions standards and is proudly accredited with the BSCI certificate.
Our factory endeavors to be environmentally responsible and reduce its ecological impact wherever possible. We have managed to reduce our water and electricity usage over the years by improving our workflow and tackling wastage.
We are fully compliant and granted accreditation by the Government of Dongguan Environmental Protection Office on local emission regulations.
